AI automation consulting for small businesses in Seattle, Bellevue and Everett
AI automation consulting for owner-run businesses and practices in Seattle, Bellevue and Everett that want help without hiring a tech firm, on site by arrangement and remote otherwise.
Seattle has no shortage of tech companies. Most of them sell to other tech companies. I work with the owner-run businesses and practices that don’t have developers on staff and don’t want a big firm.
How I work up here
I’m based in Woodland, about two and a half hours south, so I do most Seattle-area work remotely and come up on site for the kickoff and training days.
Who I work with here
Independent dental and medical practices, small law and CPA firms, property managers and trade businesses across Seattle, the Eastside and Snohomish County. Many have staff who already tried chatbots and got little out of them. The fix is usually a process, not a new tool.
Washington rules that shape the setup
- My Health My Data Act, with Seattle’s dense mix of med spas, clinics and wellness businesses especially in scope.
- WSBA Advisory Opinion 202505 for lawyers.
- Seattle landlord rules, which add to RCW 59.18, for property managers.

How it works
- Process audit. I sit with the people who do the work, map where the hours go, and rank the tasks worth automating. You get a short written plan. Small offices can start with the half-day starter instead.
- First build. I build one automation inside the tools you already use. It only touches what it needs, a person approves anything that matters, every action is logged, and there is an off switch.
- Training and care. Your team learns to run it in plain language. Care covers tuning and fixes after launch.
